How is my vinyl packaged for delivery?
Every order is packed in specialist vinyl mailers with cardboard stiffeners to prevent bending. Records are never shipped in standard postal bags.
What's your returns policy on vinyl?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Sealed vinyl must remain unopened. If your record arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and we'll replace it or issue a full refund.
How long will delivery take?
UK orders typically arrive within 2–4 working days. Pre-orders ship on or around the release date. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination. Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
