Our Story
Founded by Paul Wilson, Soundwave was built on a lifelong passion for music that began at just 14 years old. From playing in bands to promoting live events and running a record label, Paul has experienced the industry from the inside out. That journey has shaped a deep understanding of what music truly means to artists, collectors, and fans alike.

Music is part of the family here. Paul's two sons have each spent over fifteen years immersed in the scene themselves, performing in multiple bands and sharing that same dedication and love for sound. Together, we bring generations of real-world music experience into everything we do.
Built on Trust
Soundwave isn't just about passion — it's also built on proven trust. Paul previously founded and ran FX Toys, a successful online collectibles store trading from 2001 to 2011, specialising in action figures and film, TV, and music memorabilia. That experience laid the foundation for delivering quality products, reliable service, and a customer-first approach that continues today.
